Colloidal Silver and Other Locally NZ Produced Products:  We offer a full money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in good, clean, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

We abide by New Zealand law and provide refunds or replace goods as applicable.

If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible.  Please do not return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end.

If the error is ours, the return postage is at our cost too, but please advise of the problem first, so that we may decide how best to deal with it.  We do our best to be fair.

Occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control, we are unable to supply a product, or supply it at the price, or special offer, listed.  We will communicate with you to discuss.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us so please accept our asssurance that any problems will be addressed in a friendly and efficient manner with your satisfaction as our main concern.

Returns after 30 days:  We do not accept any product returns after 30 days unless it, or a part has failed during what we consider to be 'normal use'.  Please contact us to discuss.  The product in question must be returned to us at your expense, it must include the broken parts and full details and conditions of how it broke.

Please Note: We do NOT ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq or North Korea.  

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries.  Some of the products we sell via this website may be prohibited for importation into certain countries.  Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.  Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.  Allsorts4u.nz accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's Customs Office or other government body.  Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
